Our founder, Dr. Dennis Tse, is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic and industry background. He is a qualified accountant with fellow membership from CPA Australia (Member No. 9197598) and holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration (2007) from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He also boasts Master’s degrees in Accounting (with distinction in 2000) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and Finance (1998) from RMIT University, Australia.
Dr. Tse is a member of the prestigious Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA), where he has been awarded the “Professional Manager” designation since 2007. He is widely recognized as a leading figure in the jewellery industry, likely the only practitioner with such a high level of professional and academic qualifications. He is also a member of American Psychological Association since 2009.
Over the past 14 years, Dr. Tse has cultivated extensive experience in sourcing gemstones, having procured over 7,500 gemstones and gemstone jewellery for wholesale, retail, and end-user clients worldwide, with a total value exceeding USD 300 million.
Prior to entering the jewellery industry, Dr. Tse gained invaluable in-depth experience in international trade, logistics, and supply chain management. This comprehensive knowledge base has been instrumental in the development of his unique “Joahinia Jewellery Innovative Supply Chain Model,” designed to deliver significant benefits to our valued jewellery customers.

Dr. Tse was granted a visa by the Singaporean government to immigrate to Singapore before June 30, 1997. Due to family commitments, he did not activate the visa and has remained a permanent resident of Hong Kong since then.
At the age of 60, Dr. Tse embarked on a mission to make a meaningful contribution. Instead of dwelling on the comparison between Singapore and Hong Kong, he sought to foster a mutually beneficial collaboration with strategic partners in Singapore. This vision culminated in the creation of his innovative jewellery supply chain business model, designed to enhance the jewellery-buying experience for our discerning customers.
