Shipping Method: We typically ship orders via FedEx, provided FedEx services are available in your country. International Shipping: For overseas direct deliveries outside Hong Kong, we will cover shipping and insurance costs. However, you are responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties in your destination country.
Local Partner Deliveries: For purchases made through our designated supply chain partners in your country, you are responsible for any local taxes and must adhere to our partners’ respective policies, terms, and conditions.
Hong Kong Deliveries: For local deliveries within Hong Kong, you or your designated representative must present valid identification documents for verification purposes.

Free Resizing (Hong Kong Deliveries): For customers who pay directly to us in Hong Kong, we offer one free ring resizing within the first year of purchase (calculated from the date of our invoice). You are responsible for delivering the merchandise to our Hong Kong office at your own cost and risk.
Resizing/Repair with Local Partners: You may also choose to have resizing or repair services performed by our designated supply chain partners in your country. Please refer to their individual resizing and repair policies for specific fees and terms.

Fee Forfeiture: All sourcing fees, advance payments, and deposits are non-refundable. They will be forfeited after three months from the date of payment if the business transaction remains incomplete or is ultimately not finalized between Joahinia and the customer.
